A rigid or flexible endoscope used to examine and treat diseases of the urinary bladder or ureters.
Ureteroscopes are inserted into the urethra and advanced upward toward the kidneys. They can be used to biopsy suspicious lesions or remove urinary stones lodged in the ureters.
