1. A tipping forward of an organ as a whole, without bending.

2. Excessive anterior angulation of the neck of the femur (i.e., femoral neck anteversion), leading to excessive internal rotation of the femur.
The normal value for femoral neck anteversion is approx. 15°. Any increase in this anterior angulation is called femoral anteversion.
